Melt butter, add onions and saute, then add flour and stir till smooth. Add the milk and mix well. Add the seasonings and 1/2 the cheese roll, and stir until cheese melts. Combine all ingredients except the bread crumbs and cheese in a casserole dish. Top with the crumbs and leftover cheese then bake at 350 degrees for 20-25minutes.
